THE HUMAN RESOURCES EVALUATION
Starting off on the right foot is important to our relationship with every client. We review your company’s policies, procedures, forms, personnel files, and postings to carefully examine and identify areas for improvement. Periodic evaluations are conducted when deemed necessary.
EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK
We work closely with you and your company representatives to customize policies, procedures, and guidelines specifically tailored to your Company’s needs. The handbook is designed to provide consistent company information to managers and to inform employees of company expectations.
COMMUNICATION
We provide the tools and support for new employee orientation, policy and procedure implementation, employee surveys, recognition programs, job descriptions, employee behavior and the exit Interview Process.
MANAGEMENT TRAINING SEMINARS
Education is provided regarding: Employment Selection, Motivation, Communication, Disciplinary Process, and Drug Free Workplace.

WORKERS' COMPENSATION SERVICE
We Work closely with your Compensation carrier, and medical clinic, to insure prompt medical attention and proper assessment of claim status. We also develop company specific protocols for your medical clinic to assist in flow of information and employee return to work programs.
WAGE/DISCRIMINATION CLAIMS
Experienced members of our staff will represent your Company before the Division of Fair Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), Fair Employment and Housing Council, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and/or the United States Department of Labor.
AVAILABILITY
